2.1 Hotel Consultancy

Operations, revenue, strategy and marketing consultancy for independent hotels.

2.2 Quick Scan

• Structured hotel assessment with written report
• Advisory only — not a guarantee of results
• Subject to a separate fee agreement

2.3 AI Consultant

• AI-assisted advice per the EU AI Act (2025)
• AI content is clearly labelled
• Supplementary to human consultancy, not a replacement

3. Bookings and Payments

• Introductory calls are free
• Paid engagements require a written agreement
• Invoices due within 14 days unless agreed otherwise

4. Cancellations

• Calls: cancel via Calendly at any time
• Quick Scan: cancellable up to 48 hours before start

5. Intellectual Property

All website content and reports are property of Robert Hotel Consultancy.

6. Liability

Liability is limited to fees paid per engagement. We are not liable for business decisions based on our advice.

7. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Ghana. EU consumer protection laws apply for EU clients.
