Accra, Ghana — Robert’s first venture
My name is Robert, and I am the founder of Robert Hotel Consultancy. I have always had a passion for hospitality. After completing my Hotel Management degree, I built my own business in Ghana — a brown café that became a meeting place for expats and diplomats from all over the world.
For seven years I ran that business, and those years taught me what hospitality really means: hard work, attention to detail, and truly understanding your guests. Every day behind that counter was a masterclass in people, culture and service.
That experience inspired me to start Robert Hotel Consultancy. I believe that boutique hotels, beach resorts and downtown hotels in Ghana and West Africa deserve professional guidance — the kind of support that is usually reserved for large international chains.
I know this region from the inside out. I understand the local market, the culture and the unique opportunities that West Africa has to offer. That is what sets me apart.
